All goods remain the property of J.K.T ENGINEERING AND FABRICATION, Berwick-Upon-Tweed, until payment is received in full. Payment terms are strictly 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Returns must be made within 14 days with proof of purchase and in original, resaleable condition, unless goods are faulty. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. J.K.T ENGINEERING AND FABRICATION accepts no liability for indirect loss, damage, or consequential claims arising from the use of purchased goods beyond statutory rights.
